Our history

A firm newly established. A partnership built over a decade.

Zentis Partners formalises a professional relationship shaped by years of working together, shared standards and complementary experience.

African finance and advisory professionals collaborating

Trust came before the company.

Moses Asiimwe and Fred Kayumba Rutayisire first built their professional relationship through accounting, finance and advisory work about a decade before establishing Zentis Partners. Working together gave them a shared appreciation for disciplined analysis, professional integrity and advice that remains useful after the presentation ends.

Over time, their careers expanded into senior finance, audit, corporate management, investment, infrastructure, public-private partnerships, international development and emerging industries. Zentis brings those perspectives together in one focused advisory firm.

“Powering smart decisions” reflects how we have always worked: understand the issue, examine the evidence and recommend what can be implemented.

Experience across organisations, sectors and stages of growth.
